  • Outdoor amenities (between Buildings 1 & 2): Heated saltwater pool (seasonal), BBQ grills, and fire pit (Memorial Day to mid-September, 9 AM–10 PM). Key cards required.
  • Community laundry room available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
  • Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks, as required by the Homeowner's Association.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking or vaping allowed inside the property, including balconies and decks. Smoking is only permitted outside at least 75 feet from the building. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
  • No parties, large groups, or events permitted at this property.
  • Minimum rental age: 25 years.
  • Children are allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets incur a $450 fine.
  • A signed written rental agreement is required.

  • Free parking is provided. Tesla destination chargers are available in the upper Snowshed parking lot, a short walk from the condo. Non-Tesla EVs may use these chargers with a J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not permitted in this lot.

Construction and Maintenance Notices

  • Summer 2025 Construction Notice: Roof work on Building 3 is scheduled from May through November 2025. Scaffolding will be present, balconies and patios may be inaccessible, and construction noise is possible during the day. Rates have been adjusted accordingly.
